We have a 5 day limited return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your puppy to request a return based upon certain conditions.
To be eligible for a return, you must have a valid reason and your puppy must be in the same condition that you received it. Valid reasons for a return are:
Any additional items purchased must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging to qualify for a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@bluemountainspups.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to ship your puppy and the items you purchased. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect the items you ordered upon reception and contact us immediately if there is any damage to the items, or to the puppy, or if any of the items are defective, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items / Exchanges
Simply no longer wanting your puppy and the items that came with it in your purchase is not a valid reason for a return. If the particular puppy you adopted is not working out, exchanges may requested if another puppy is available FROM THE SAME LITTER.
Cancellation Fees
If you have purchased your pet and your adoption application has been approved, but you have not yet taken delivery of your pet, you may request a refund in writing at customerservice@bluemountainspups.com. You will be refunded my purchase price LESS A CANCELLATION FEE OF $250 PLUS ANY SHIPPING COST IF THE PET IS ALREADY IN TRANSIT. The refund will be on your original payment method.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
